Most fitness programs are built around intensity instead of progression. One week it’s HIIT. Next week it’s circuits. Then it’s something completely different. You sweat. You push hard. But nothing is actually building on itself.

And suddenly you’re right back at the beginning. That cycle isn’t your fault. It’s a structure problem.

I don’t believe strength should feel chaotic. The way I coach is built around a simple idea: Your body deserves structure.
