Group Strength Classes
If you want structured workouts, real coaching, and a supportive environment, group training is where most women begin.
These sessions focus on foundational strength, proper movement patterns, and steady progression. You won’t be rushed through exercises or left guessing what to do next.
I coach every session to make sure you understand the movement and feel confident in what your body is doing.
Group classes are a great fit if you:

- Are rebuilding strength or getting back into a routine
- Prefer training in a small supportive environment
- Want coaching without needing a full personal training plan
Personal Coaching
If you want deeper support, personalized attention, and a training plan built specifically for you, 1:1 coaching is the best place to start.
We focus on your body, your movement patterns, and your goals. You’ll get a structured plan and coaching designed around what your body actually needs.

Digital Strength Programs
