A Quick Note Before You Book
You don’t need to worry about being “in shape” before you start.
My classes are designed to meet you where you are. I’ll walk you through the movements, offer modifications when needed, and help you build strength at a pace that works for your body.
All you need to do is show up ready to learn.
What a Typical Class Looks Like
Every session follows a simple structure so your body can progress safely over time.

Movement prep
We start by warming up the muscles and joints we’ll be using so your body is ready to train.

Strength work
The main portion of class focuses on foundational strength movements with coaching on form and control.

Progression
Over time, exercises evolve and build on each other so your strength continues improving.
You won’t find random workouts here.
Just intentional training designed to help you feel stronger week by week.

If it’s your first time training with me, here are a few quick
things to know:
- Arrive about 5–10 minutes early so we can get you settled
- Wear comfortable workout clothes and supportive shoes
- Bring water
- Let me know about any injuries or movement limitations before we start
